Himalayan Batik Cards For Sale

We just received a new shipment of Himalayan Batik cards which are now available for purchase. This year we are offering a set of five Poinsettia Christmas Cards (left)or an assortment of five Floral Note Cards (above), all with matching envelopes. Each set of cards includes an insert with a description of where the cards were made and the work in Nepal. The cards are $12 a set plus $2 per order for shipping. Larger orders might incur a slightly higher shipping charge. $7 from the sale of each set of cards will go directly towards helping the people of Far West Nepal.

These cards were handmade in Nepal and are sold by The Nepal Leprosy Trust. The NLT was founded in 1972 with the purpose of improving the lifestyle of people affected by leprosy and other marginalized people. This project employs more then 20 producer families who are able to move towards a greater economic, social and psychological inclusion.

If you are interested in purchasing cards or would be willing to sell cards at your church, a local holiday craft fair, your school or anywhere else, please contact Carla Rogers at truestoriesfrommarian@gmail.com
